Is This You?
I don't know where to start.
I don’t learn from just reading the book.
I'm taking lots of quizzes, but my scores are all over the place.
I can't stick to a schedule, and I need accountability.
I can’t make the material stick no matter how many times I look at it.
I'm scared I might fail a third time and have to wait six months to retake the exam.
Our Process
Step 1: Book an Assessment
Find a date and time that works best for you to sit down with a tutor for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Meet your Tutor
At the beginning of your assessment, your tutor will present ten problems for you to solve. This will assess your reading comprehension, knowledge of the core concepts and fundamentals, and your ability to apply those fundamentals.
Step 3: Review your Assessment Results
Then, your tutor will review your results and suggest a path that bridges the gap between where you are and passing your exam.
Step 4: Decide on a Path Forward
At the end of the assessment, your tutor will recommend a path best for you.
Course Structure
We use a two-part structure that will take you from a fundamental concept to exam application.
-
Part 1 will be to build your fundamental concepts through a variety of homework assignments and class exercises.
-
You will be assigned homework each day in small, digestible pieces to facilitate your learning.

Ian Gordon
Managing Partner, Northwestern Mutual
It’s been almost 3 years now since I met Joe. He is now part of my family, and I owe him big time. He has helped me pass Series 7, 9, 10. I’ve introduced him to all the people I love, and they all give the same feedback: “Game changer."
I want to add that I never take the time to comment or give testimonials on experiences or products. I give this man a 10 out of 10 for holding me accountable and pushing/guiding me to get the test completed. If you fail a test using Joe it’s because you didn’t listen and follow his process.

"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." - Benjamin Franklin. This quote couldn't be more true when I think of my experience and time with Joe. He offers a tailored yet thoughtful approach to tackling the material. He is not only passionate about teaching, he is dedicated to his students by ensuring they are involved in learning the material. He is invaluable and worth every penny spent! I have already recommended him to several friends and colleagues because he is that good! Not only did I find a great teacher, I found a friend for life!

Irene Barish
Growth & Development, Northwestern Mutual
I never considered myself the best test taker; however, I always took the exams and passed them. After multiple failed attempts with the SIE and Series 6, I was then introduced to Joe Nissim. He used a completely different approach to learning, and I fought it due to unfamiliarity.
I can proudly say that I have successfully passed my first exam and am working towards the next. Joe’s knowledge in this field is remarkable and I plan on working with him until I take my last exam for my career.

Dundee Gouin
Managing Director & Chief Leadership Officer, Northwestern Mutual
Joe is by far the best tutor I’ve ever encountered. His teaching method is super effective, with a focus on making sure to teach you how to take complex problems and make them appear simple. If you’re looking to pass an exam or a certification you don’t have to waste your time searching elsewhere, he is the real deal. Today, Joe is my friend, not just my tutor. I’m super thankful for the help Joe has provided, and I will continue to use him for future licenses.

Dustin Gorenc, CFP®
Managing Director & Chief Development Officer, Northwestern Mutual
I would describe Joe's style as fair, firm and consistent. He has the ability to break the content into small, bite-size pieces and make the complex simple. He will push and challenge you so that you walk into the testing center prepared and confident. His system works if you do. If you want to pass your next exam, working with Joe is a no brainer.
Simply put, he delivered and played a huge role in my ability to pass this exam.
