Meet Joe

I’ve been in your shoes. 

 

In 2006, I started a job with no finance experience and told “pass or we will find someone else who can.” I’ve sat at my dining room table late at 10pm slaving away after a long day of work trying to learn concepts for the Series 7, CFP and CFA wondering “why the hell am I doing this to myself?”  

 

But it was all worth it. 

 

I was born and raised in NJ to Egyptian immigrant parents.  Growing up – I didn’t learn anything about money or finance. And after my father passed away from cancer, my Mom was the recipient of really bad financial advice that sent our family into financial hardship for the next 10 years.

All I wanted to do was make sure that nobody else ever felt the pain, anxiety, and anguish I felt growing up.  

So I became a Financial Advisor and made sure that every family I counseled was not sold financial products, but given sound financial advice that would help them build wealth and give them choices.

 

But soon after, I realized I wanted to take it a step further. I wanted to educate the future of the financial industry and help mentor the next generation to become the most highly educated, knowledgeable, and professional group the industry has ever seen.

Today, I am proud to say that my practice is responsible for over 500 people passing exams like the SIE, Series 3, Series 6, Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 24, Series 26, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, Series 79, the CFP, and all three levels of the CFA. 

 

Pretty good for a kid from Jersey, right?

How did I do it? It wasn’t magic, it wasn’t some special brain pill that Joe Rogan sells on his podcast – it was a combination of understanding the process of learning, how to apply knowledge, and holding my students accountable.  This is why our programs are the absolute best in the world and why my students rave about the experience.
